Vest-A-Cop 2018

The Toms River Police Department and Toms River PBA 137 are excited for this Monday’s 28^th Annual Vest-A-Cop fundraiser at Pizza-Hut in Toms River.  Every five years officers have to replace their vests, they are roughly $1000.00 each.  All donations go directly to our bullet-proof vest fund to assist the officers in paying for their vests.   We are thrilled and fortunate to have the Jay & Linda Grunin Foundation match all donations received Monday up to $20,000.00!

What better way to raise money than to have a huge party where our officers put down their ticket books and put on their aprons to serve you!  That’s right, our officers are waiters and waitresses for the night.  It’s a great time for the entire family.  There will be a classic car show in the (K-Mart) parking lot, DJ, bounce house, dunk tank, face-painting, bike raffles and more!
